Job Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our company's marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will lead the creation and management of comprehensive marketing campaigns, encompassing marketing content, advertisements, and collaborations with our PR agency. Additionally, you will manage and collaborate with our marketing analyst and social media coordinator, serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team's marketing needs, provide content requirements to the creative Manager, define compelling messaging for our value propositions, and craft a strong content distribution strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Management:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company goals and target audience preferences.
• Oversee the creation and deployment of marketing content and advertisements across multiple channels.

Sales Team Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team's marketing needs, understanding their requirements and aligning strategies to support sales goals.

Collaboration with Creative Manager:

• Work closely with the creative Manager to provide clear content requirements for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing initiatives.

Messaging and Value Proposition:

• Define compelling messaging strategies that effectively communicate our value propositions to target audiences.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform messaging decisions and ensure relevance.

Content Distribution Strategy:

• Develop a comprehensive content distribution strategy, leveraging various channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Define and implement best practices for content dissemination and audience engagement.

PR Agency Collaboration:

• Manage and collaborate with our PR agency to ensure cohesive messaging and effective PR strategies.
• Provide guidance and direction to the agency to achieve PR objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including the marketing analyst and social media coordinator, to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles with a proven track record of success in campaign management and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships internally and externally.
• Experience in managing relationships with PR agencies and other external partners.
