A candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to:

• Engage new residents and determine their interests.
• Assist in running recreational programs to meet the interests of the residents.
• Enjoy being around/working with Older adults
• have patience and ability to cater to an array of residents’ abilities/needs
• be Self-Motivated, Organized, & Think creatively
• be a good planner
• have the Ability to work as part of a team, communicate professionally and effectively
• use Good Time Management skills and ability to prioritize tasks/multi task when necessary.
• be willing to work holidays and one weekend day.

This is a Full time position Monday through Friday weekends occasionally possible
2 weeks vacation 4 personal 8 paid Holidays per year, paid sick time
