We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill our Senior Field Service Technician role. They will be responsible for traveling to rig sites, customer locations and other remote work sites to perform inspections, periodic maintenance, and repairs on pressure critical equipment. Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems in a methodical manner.

Essential Duties:

1. Travel offsite to perform service on pressure controlling equipment and controls

2. Manually fill out service tickets and enterer them into SAP in timely manner 

3. Occasionally sell parts and services to customers while onsite 

4. Keep track of inventory on service truck and maintenance as necessary

5. Work with operations to ensure inventory on truck is up to par with what is needed in field 

6. Occasionally use precision inspection tools in field to help resolve problems

7. Must have ability to read and understand engineering prints 

8. Must be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions and around a drilling rig 

9. Must be able to plan out job prior to going on site, job plan, parts list etc.

10. Must be able to communicate with various personnel onsite from laborers to management and document all activities in writing effectively.

11. Good knowledge of oilfield product/equipment operation 

12. Demonstrate customer service skills, intermediate proficiency of Microsoft application

Requirements:

1. Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

2. H2S safety certifications

3. IADC RigPass Training

4. Other training/certification as required by our customers

5. 5 years experience in field service

6. 3 years experience with pressure control equipment

7. Willing to travel 90% of the time
