Job Title: ARMED Security Officer
Per Diem / On-Call / Flex Position
Pay Rate : $27 Hourly
Schedule: Per diem, flexible hours
MULTIPLE Locations: Newton, MA, Hingham, MA, Brookline, MA
The Kinder Group is seeking qualified customer driven Per Diem Armed Security Officers for a flagship site located in Boston, MA. This highly visible role works closely with the concierge and staff and elevates the level of service and security provided to guests with professionalism and discretion. This is a per diem position, providing flexibility in your schedule.
The candidate will be observant and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous security experience and/or customer relations background is a plus.
Requirements and Duties:
● Maintain Control Access
● Schedule can be adjusted
● On-site parking available.
● Additional hours may be available.
● Customer service skill set
● Mainly monitor cameras, CCTV/surveillance for illegal or dangerous activity and safety
● Monitor Deliveries
● Alarm Response
● Patrol Property
Qualifications:
- Must have MA LTC unrestricted
- Must have Holster level 3
- Current/ Past Military or Law Enforcement Experience / Armed security experience
- Must be able to pass a CORI background check.
- Must be able to pass PT test and FBI Shooting Qualification
- Must possess a clean driving record and a Valid MA Driver's License.
- Reliable and attentive to meet the needs of clients.
- Ability to interact with local Law Enforcement
- Must be able to stay late when required
- Must own a 9mm or 40cal full frame firearm no 1911's (Open carry)
- Proficient with Computer Reporting and Camera Monitoring
- Must qualify and attend: FBI 50 Round Qualification Course (Rounds, targets, and range time provided).
