Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children
- Provide support and guidance to children in behavior management and social skills development
- Assist with daily care routines, including diapering, feeding, and naptime
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all children
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Observe and document children's progress and behavior
Skills:
- Experience working with children
- Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood development principles
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning
