The Kid SpOt Center is a pediatric clinic serving patients from birth to 21 years of age with various needs from developmental delays, Autism to Down Syndrome. The ideal candidate would posses a High School diploma with minimum of 1 year working with individuals with special needs. Bachelor's in Human Services or Behavioral Science degree preferred. A current RBT certification is preferred. If applicant does not have a current RBT certification the job offer is contingent on completion of RBT training and exam.

RBT Purpose: To deliver quality, evidence based, applied behavior analysis services for the purpose of shaping children for their future.

Responsibilities:

• Follows and implements individualized treatment programs with evidence based activities to address goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collects and accurately documents data during all direct sessions for the purpose of monitoring patient progress towards goals.
• Collaborates with supervising BCBA/BCaBA to distribute homework for each patient, at minimum, 1x monthly.
• Completes periodic training and skill maintenance in various assessments and evidence based programming such as VB-MAPP, STAR Program, AFLS, etc. .
• Adheres to all HIPPA requirements

Requirements:

• High School diploma with minimum of 1 year working with individuals with special needs.
• Bachelor's in Human Services or Behavioral Science degree preferred.
• A current RBT certification is preferred
• Obtain and maintain annual CPR/First Aid certification, TB Screening, and background checks
