Hi, my name is Keri Shull. I am an entrepreneurial mother of 4 under 8. I own multiple businesses in residential real estate, development, and coaching, and I am looking for a right-hand person to help managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Our team would love a liaison between departments and companies to streamline communication, and drive efficiency to ensure the company's goals are met. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

The ideal candidate would be adaptable and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a big-picture perspective. They would be capable of studying the reports and making business recommendations for action in a concise and clear way.

Additionally, integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of initiative are essential qualities for success in this role.

Keri is not the easiest person to work with. She moves fast. Is impatient, and does not like mistakes. Some people see her as "too blunt" or "short" in her interactions. That happens because she has a demanding schedule working with other high-performers who require her to be at her best.
