The Kepple Group is Hiring a Residential Construction Project Manager Near Peoria, IL
Our property management company is looking for a Residential Construction Project Manager. This job will include bidding, managing, and completing residential construction projects of all aspects.
Compensation:$48,000 bonus
Responsibilities:- This Project Manager's job will be to bid on projects and see them through to completion
- Hold team members accountable, manage material costs and have overall quality control of the project
- Must be able to communicate well with customers and management
- Must have experience and understanding of various skilled trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and trades associated with the interior and exterior of residential properties
- An associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
- Must have own transportation
