• Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive memory care program tailored to the unique needs of residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
• Lead and inspire a team of care professionals, fostering an environment of empathy, respect, and high-quality care.
• Engage with residents to understand their individual histories, preferences, and needs, ensuring personalized care plans are created and followed.
• Facilitate and coordinate engaging activities that promote cognitive stimulation, physical well-being, and social interaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to provide a holistic approach to memory care.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in memory care, integrating innovative practices into the program.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards related to memory care services.

• Certification in dementia care or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment.
• At least 6 months of experience in a memory care setting, with proven leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of individuals with memory impairments and their families.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to program development and management.
