JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Kenjya-Trusant Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Systems Engineer on our team to provide systems engineering support orchestrating threads, requirements, and many common functions across the enterprise IT infrastructure. The goal is a comprehensive technology and process stack for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the service management system.

• You will provide systems engineering services to support integration across projects/programs through collaboration and coordination across service owners with all mission stakeholders.
• Provide systems engineering support to a web portal initiative that will provide all users with a central location to request EIS services, determine status of requests, and determine operational status of EIS services. You will assist in requirements derivation, and collaborate with stakeholders and service owners, to achieve a simplified, streamlined portal.
• Collaborate with service providers, analyze data on service offerings, and make recommendations on how to streamline offerings
• Analyze data provided by service providers and recommend content for the service portal
• Participate in the development of systems engineering documentation, such as Systems Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirement Specifications and Interface Control Documents
• Derive from the systems requirements and understanding of stakeholders needs, functions that may be logically inferred and implied as essential to system effectiveness
• Provide support to the government to establish and follow formal procedures for coordination of system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces.
• Ensure system designs effectively address technological solution baseline and implements appropriate processes for incident management, help desk management, and providing proactive and prompt support to customers.
• Work as liaison between system requirements owners and development and integration team to ensure proposed solutions will meet requirements and to ensure work is aligned with stakeholder’s highest priorities.

• Experience in technical program/ project management/ project implementation highly desired. 
• Recent broad SIGINT engineering experience with associated mandatory access training highly desired. 
•  Experience in interpreting/ producing architectural documentation. 
•  Experience with managing Systems Engineering Projects thru Confluence / JIRA, with Scrum Master experience, highly desired.
