Position's Pay Range: $66,800 to $83,300/sal. depending upon experience

Position Summary

Responsible for over the road (OTR) maintenance via the road call center and cost containment in company tractors, trailers and miscellaneous assets across North America. Must possess the analytical skills to proactively manage costs.

Essential Functions

• Road Call Center:
  • Hire, train and staff the Road Call Center
  • Transition support from outside call centers
  • Develop training material, policies, and vendor network

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Must have a minimum of five-years’ experience in transportation and specifically in fleet services.
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage workload in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding customer service and follow-up skills.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite, Access, & TMT
• Must have two-years of experience with VMRS codes.
• Must be a dedicated and driven individual.
