Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced House Manager/Personal Assistant to join a dynamic household in Mobile, AL. This role is an essential part of a collaborative team. It requires direct involvement in both managing and assisting in various household operations, multiple business operations and service-driven dedication. The ideal House Manager/Personal Assistant is someone who is experienced in staff management, adaptable and committed.

Duties:

• Be prepared to assist with diverse tasks as requested by the principals or the manager demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Manage all personal household and business properties, overseeing all aspects of upkeep and repairs.
• Manage personal home and rental property maintenance, overseeing all aspects of property upkeep and repairs.
• Maintain inventory of personal home and rental properties, supplies for and coordinate restocking as necessary.
• Oversee all aspects of housekeeping management, including cleaning, light laundry, grocery shopping, and organization.
• Handle incoming calls; while managing the principals' personal and professional calendars.
• Responds to a wide range of inquiries that are sensitive in nature.
• Act as a personal assistant to the principals, handling various administrative tasks both on the personal and the professional side.
• Maintains appropriate files of correspondence, documents, reports, and records.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements, family activities, and events, ensuring smooth execution.
• occasionally help Manage 2 children - ages 12 & 15 and chauffeur them to their various daily after-school activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a House Manager or Executive Personal Assistant.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, be detail orientated, and have problem-solving abilities.
• Takes ownership of tasks and completes thorough due diligence.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and technology-related applications.
• experience with event planning and special event management
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Positive and team-focused, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ready for pre-employment screening, including signing an NDA before hire.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
