Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Worker to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring expiration dates
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to food handling guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic culinary knowledge is desirable but not required
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays
