Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct thorough site assessments and risk analyses to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- Review and approve project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Work closely with legal advisors to address any contractual issues that may arise during the project.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, including field personnel, subcontractors, and support staff.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular project meetings to keep all stakeholders informed of project status and address any concerns.
- Quality Control and Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Oversee safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and audits to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

- Proven experience in project management within the commercial restoration industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
