Plant Controller
Our client, a leading provider in innovative material technologies used in various industries, is currently seeking a Plant Controller for their manufacturing facility in El Paso, TX. This role is pivotal in managing the financial operations and supporting the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of five years' experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with manufacturing and plant finance, particularly with exposure to automotive manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP Systems like SAP, and strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with plant personnel.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities preferred, but not required.
- This position is 100% onsite.
Desirable:
- Experience working with operations in Mexico or exposure to automotive Tier 1 suppliers.
- A hands-on, proactive management style and the willingness to work alongside the accounting team.
