About the Role:

We are searching for a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inside sales operation, providing critical support to our sales representatives and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify and manage inbound sales leads
• Process customer orders and ensure accuracy
• Generate quotes and proposals
• Schedule appointments and meetings for sales reps
• Track sales pipeline and report on key metrics
• Assist sales reps with research and presentations
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., marketing, production) to ensure successful order fulfillment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• CRM experience a plus
