Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor with manufacturing experience or construction industry experience in the Dodge City KS area. Relocation provided for great candidates.
COMPENSATION: $100,000k to $125,000k plus bonus
LOCATION: Onsite
RELOCATION: Provided for the right candidate
PREFER TO HAVE: Degree preferred but not required
MUST HAVE: 5 years of experience with Electrical and Instrumentation and team supervision
MUST HAVE: Experience working in a food manufacturing plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise Technicians on day to day tasks and participate in long-term planning sessions
- Implement engineering solutions
- Communicate closely with maintenance management
- Troubleshooting and problem solving equipment break downs
- Complete annual Company safety and food safety training programs.
- Implement and oversee training and development programs for technicians
- Report potential safety issues
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A degree is preferred or 5 years of experience with Electrical and Instrumentation and team supervision
