PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

LOCATION : 100% remote from Pennsylvania

Looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager for an independent insurance agency in PA. In this role, you will have the ability to work FULLY REMOTE.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced licensed insurance professional to analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for successful clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the retention of existing accounts and customer service
• Assist in marketing of accounts / risks, review of quotes for accuracy, and prepare proposals
• Discuss policy changes and additions with clients
• Update agency management system
• Provide assistance with any claims
• Process renewals, binders, ID cards, invoicing and other documentation.

Qualifications :

• College degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
• Knowledge or experience with Personal Lines standard products and markets.
• Knowledge of AMS 360 software
• Experience with Personal Lines rating.
