Hybrid Personal Insurance Inside Sales

Established agency seeking a detail-oriented person who, along with an understanding of personal insurance, demonstrates clear ability to recognize customer needs and provide guidance in choosing appropriate coverage.

Daily Responsibilities

• Working with existing customers cross selling and rounding out.
• Taking in customer referrals.
• Partner with outside sales team.
• Involved with leads generated from marketing partners.
• Provided leads.
• Inbound inside sales.
• Not held to sales quota.
• Aggressively work internet leads, cross-sell, and referral lists by making proactive outbound calls and hitting desired activity ratios.
• Implement effective cross-sell campaigns and follow procedures to round-out client accounts.
• Sell insurance through various prospect contact touch points such as telephone, email and / or internet.
• Prepare personalized personal lines insurance proposal to prospects and use assumptive closing techniques to close sales.
