Job Overview:
Our office is seeking an upbeat, high energy, accomplished "goal getter" to lead our chiropractic office.
Duties:
Leadership
1. **Team Leadership**: Inspire and motivate the clinic team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
2. **Goal Setting and Achievement**: Assist in setting clear goals for the office and develop strategies to achieve them, including sales targets and patient satisfaction.
Patient Care and Relations
3. **Patient Engagement**: Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
4. **Patient Education**: Educate patients on chiropractic care (within your knowledge), treatment plans, and overall health and wellness.
6. **Patient Retention**: Implement strategies to retain patients and encourage regular visits.
7. **Feedback Management**: Collect and analyze patient feedback to continuously improve services.
Administrative Responsibilities
8. **Office Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Check in patients, sells wellness plans, and maintain the front. desk
9. **Compliance**: Work with Ops Manager to ensure the office complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including healthcare standards and patient privacy laws.
Marketing and Outreach
10. **Community Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with the local community, including other healthcare providers and businesses.
Professional Development
11. **Continuous Improvement**: Stay current with the latest developments in chiropractic care and office management.
Requirements:
- Knowledge or experience with Chiropractic care. Personal or Professional
- Proven experience in leading people
- Strong background in office management/ teamwork/team leadership and utilization management
- Ability to work within budgetary conditions.
-Must be warm, professional and upbeat.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,902.87 - $43,237.87 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
