Qualifications for the Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Nurse Assistant:

Requirements:

• Work requires six months of previous experience as a PCT, patient aide or CNA/GNA or currently enrolled in a nursing program or has completed basic technician training.

Education:

• No minimum education requirement ( previously needed a HS diploma or equivalent).
