The Kennedy Center is the nation's cultural center and living memorial to President John F. Kennedy. Job Description
The Door Attendant is responsible for providing a positive first impression of the Kennedy Center. Door Attendantsare expected to offer the highest level of customer service possible to patrons, donors, visiting artists, artist management, guests, and any other member of the public or administration they may encounter. Door Attendant ushers are also responsible for providing personalized service to patrons and visitors with disabilities, and are critical to the Center's overall security and safety of its visitors.
