- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
