The JobSquad Solutions is Hiring a Building Maintenance Technician Near Harrison, MI

Job Overview:
The JobSquad Solutions is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of one of our valued clients in Harrison, MI. This is a part-time position with competitive pay.

You MUST have your own tools/equipment for this position.

Shift and Pay:
-10-12 hours per week, no weekends
-10am-2pm schedule
- $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience

Duties:
- Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Identify potential safety hazards and conduct repairs as needed to avoid injuries
- Painting interior and exterior areas of the building
- Maintain and repair steel siding panels as needed
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and systems
-Maintain landscaping and lawn care on premises
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience working with high voltage systems
- Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems
- Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions
- Experience in field service or building maintenance preferred
- Experience in pole barn or residential building construction preferred
