• Researching and monitoring competitors' social media strategies
• Optimizing YouTube video descriptions, titles, and keywords following SEO Practices
• Brainstorming new ideas for social campaigns - across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, and TikTok
• Helping maintain our social calendar, drafting copy, and scheduling posts
• Helping manage our Spotify playlists
• Conducting client database research to help identify spotlight and client collaboration opportunities
• Building out interactive content through educational and seasonal quizzes
• Monitoring social media for viral trends and content creation opportunities
• Editing short-form video content
• Website Content Writing optimized for SEO
• Website landing page descriptions and metadata following SEO practices

You are/have:

• Enthusiastic and optimistic! We are a passionate team and are looking for someone with a positive attitude that thrives on juggling multiple projects at once.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to dive in where necessary.
• Able to understand deadlines and keep up with a fast-paced work environment with little direction.
• Collaborate well with others, know how to prioritize and manage expectations.
• Interested in music, marketing, and social media, and have great written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with all major Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, a critical thinker, and have problem-solving skills
