Front End Associate

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the Aloha POS system to process customer orders and payments
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a front-end or customer service role preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with food service industry standards and practices
- Ability to learn and operate the Aloha POS system

Pay: $16.85 - $20.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
