Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer questions about ingredients or preparation methods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Clear tables and reset them for new guests
- Process guest payments using cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Skills:
- Previous experience working as a Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of Tabit or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to guests
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
