Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Knowledge of the food industry, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Exceptional guest service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Cash handling experience with accuracy in processing payments
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a upscale restaurant is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old or as per legal requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

- Must hold up-to -date food & alcohol handlers certification
