Outside Sales Representative
This position is responsible to grow and develop long term business relationships with current & prospective lease customers in the tank trailer industry.
Duties to be performed:
- Develop a working knowledge of The Jack Olsta Co products and services, sales beliefs and processes
- Assist manager with developing a marketing strategy to target specific lease prospects
- Alongside manager, create annual sales projections & other key performance indicators
- Travel as required to adequately achieve overall sales goals
- Develop & maintain long term business relationships with current & prospective lease customers
- Significantly contribute in achieving The Jack Olsta Co’s overall growth & profitability goals
- Attend sales meetings to identify potential sales leads & interact with existing customers and vendors
- Input data into company CRM software accurately & efficiently
- Professionally and ethically represent and promote The Jack Olsta Co
Requirements for consideration:
- Motivated, ambitious self-starter, driven to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing preferred
- 3 - 5 years of successful outside sales experience
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Desire to solve problems
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively with internal & external customers
- Willing to travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
