Serves as the specialist for the Patient services as a resource for appointment scheduling. Answer patient phone calls from the incoming multi-line telephone system and schedule appointments, collect payments on patient accounts, and answer general patient inquiries.
Answer patient questions from a multi-line live chat system.
Review, audit, and monitor all incoming appointments and payments made from the online system.
Provide outstanding customer service to patients, physicians, and clinic staff.
Promote a positive, professional image of the organization. Requirements; high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a medical office administrative role preferred.
Possesses knowledge of electronic health records, medical terminology, and multi-line telephone system experience (inbound and outbound).
