What are your primary duties to be successful in this role?

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. 
• Coordination of the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans and modeling tools
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis 
• Financial reporting
• Implementing and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports 
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Supporting management team and departments with in-depth analysis of budget variances 
• Routine communication with department heads relating to financial close, issues and deliverables 
• Maintains systems and controls that support the integrity of all accounting processes, accounting data, and enhance department value by continually improving control processes 
• Conforms with all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions 
• Work schedule determined by Month End and reporting requirements 
• Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned
