Description Job Title: DoF/StS AF DCGS Tactical Analyst Department/Unit: ACC A32D Location: Langley AFB, VA FLSA: Full-Time Exempt Job ID: 93 Job Summary: As the AF DCGS Intelligence Programs and Systems Requirements Support, you will be instrumental in providing technical and analytical expertise to support the operations, testing, and fielding of AF DCGS systems and programs. Leveraging your knowledge and experience in AF DCGS and ISR force and capability fielding, you will contribute to integrating emerging technologies, preparing requirement descriptions, collecting warfighter feedback, and supporting operational test and evaluation. Essential Functions: * Identify and evaluate emerging technologies within AF DCGS and ISR force and capability fielding. * Prepare requirement descriptions to support operational capacity requirements management for the AF DCGS Weapon System (WS). * Collect warfighter feedback on existing requirements and propose changes based on input, changing technologies, or emerging gaps. * Oversee existing documented operational requirements and collaborate with the system program office (SPO) and ACC to develop and maintain requirements roadmaps. * Support requirement decomposition activities and system development to ensure alignment with operational requirements. * Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support, programmatic insight, and operational knowledge regarding IC, Joint, and service GEOINT or SIGINT TTPs. * Assist in operational test and evaluation, compatibility, interoperability certification, and modernization planning. * Support the formulation of policies, schedules, cost analysis, training recommendations, and logistics solutions for programs supporting AF DCGS operations. * Offer technical and functional expertise in AF DCGS and other assigned programs, related Unit/Wing/Installation, and Higher Headquarters (HHQ) operations. * Attend various AF and ACC meetings and forums related to sensor tasks, system integration, and life-cycle sustainment. * Encompass, integrate, and apply varying aspects of capability-based operational requirement development, planning, and integration management. * Monitor compliance with regulations and instructions regarding ISR PED architectures, platforms, sensors, and C2 relationships. Knowledge Skills and Experience: * Security clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligibility required). * 8 yrs experience In-depth understanding of AF DCGS and ISR force and capability fielding. * Analytical skills to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies. * Proficiency in requirement management and operational capacity planning. * Familiarity with IC, Joint, and service GEOINT or SIGINT TTPs. * Experience in supporting operational test and evaluation and modernization planning.
