The Innova Group is Hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative Near Indianapolis, IN

The Innova Group is a nationwide consulting firm, that has recently expanded to Indianapolis! Our Marketing & Sales Department is seeking a full-time, Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team!

This role is not remote!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads & developing relationships within an assigned territory, connecting with key decision-makers. They will liaise between customers and our internal sales/marketing teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Additionally, our ideal candidate will possess a need for continued self-development, will learn & adapt to new business strategies, and will have an entrepreneurial & independent mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute day to day sales, marketing, and campaign management in a team environment
  • Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, and increasing ROI
  • Build client relationships through customer service interactions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to influence others internally and externally
  • An ability to analyze quantitatively, handle challenges, and problem-solve
  • A proactive, solution oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,800.00 per week
