• Additional Info: RFHN is seeking a qualified Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care to RFHN adults patients for 0.6-1 FTE (24-40 hours per week). Time will be split between the Mountain View and Palo Alto clinic.WHO WE ARE: Established in 2001, South County Community Health Center, Inc., dba: Ravenswood Family Health Network (RFHN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 5 clinical locations, serving 4 communities; East Palo Alto, Palo Alto, MT. View, and Sunnyvale. Our diverse patient population is Latino, African American, and Pacific Islander with some sprinkling of Asians and SE Asians. We provide integrated full-scope primary and preventative medical, dental, behavioral health, and social services to over 24,000 patients per year. We also offer optometry, chiropractic, podiatry, imaging, infant feeding consultation, and pharmacy services.
