Significant Ukranian & Bosnian population-Team-based model, providers will practice within a team with other NPs and support staff-When working within a school-based practice, school-based hours are Mon-Fri. , 8 am - 3pm. Clinical hours Mon-Fri. 8 am-8pm. QUALIFICATIONS:-1 year of experience preferred-Must be comfortable working within school-based sites. School-based healthcare experience preferred but not required-BC, licensed in NY state
