Position Description

We are looking for dynamic individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with dementia residents and seniors. Our company is looking for a Full-Time Nurse Coordinator to work regularly scheduled weekday business hours with rotating weeks of evening and weekend on-call duties.
The Nurse Coordinator is responsible for staff training, assessing residents, coordination of care services for residents’ needs, developing care plans for residents and monitoring and requesting medications and supplies for residents.
To be successful the Nurse Coordinator must be:
