Job Title: Traveling Psychologist – Specializing in Diagnostic Assessments

Location: Syracuse, NY with 35-50% travel to Rochester, Watertown, Elmira, and Utica

Salary Range: $135K-$140K plus productivity bonus incentives

About the Role: IMA is looking for a Psychologist who enjoys the opportunity to travel. This position will be based in our Syracuse or Rochester, NY office with opportunities to travel to nearby local offices. Travel is a mix of same day local travel and overnight travel. IMA provides tax free mileage reimbursement, per diem meal reimbursement, and reimburses hotel reservations – you keep the points! This position centers on performing detailed psychological evaluations at IMA office sites throughout the Upstate areas of New York State. Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned locations to perform psychological assessments. Travel schedule is flexible to support your work-life balance.
• Conduct thorough mental status evaluations, including interviews, behavioral observations, and cognitive ability assessments.
• Interpret assessment data and create a narrative report with your findings.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Psychology license in NYS.
• Proven experience in psychological testing and assessment.
• Ability to travel extensively by car.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
