We are recruiting for a Full Time Medical Receptionist at the Forty Fort location. This is an entry level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job duties and responsibilities include-

• Answer client calls.
• Provide paperwork to clients upon arrival and assist them with completing as needed.
• Prepare client charts for the doctor.
• Ensure paperwork is in the correct client folder.
• Print out the schedule for the day, as well as the doctors schedule daily.
• Scan and email documents to various departments on a daily basis
• Make client appointment confirmation calls.

EDUCATION

Required- High School, GED or equivalent

Preferred- Medical secretarial or receptionist certification

EXPERIENCE

Preferred- Medical Receptionist experience in occupational health setting
