Job Position: Handyman (Building Operations Crew) Part-Time
Hourly Wages: Starting at $30 per hour.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a nonexempt part-time hourly position, and hours of work and days fluctuate with mostly weekdays for an ongoing/as needed Handyman.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for qualified Handyman to perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs with a strong work ethic, you must also have good communication and interpersonal abilities. The position requires the ability to interact in a positive way with fellow employees, management, and office personnel.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Current and valid driver's license
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check
- Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Physical Demands
- Required to sit, stand, walk and frequent use of stairs. Required to move about through multi - level building with use of stairs.
- Required physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
- Required to frequently bend or lift.
- Required to lift heavy weights (less than 50 pounds)
- Required to use ladder and/or lift as needed
Work Environment This job operates in a large-scale athletic facility
