Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facility This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
