Sales Admin:

The Sales/Admin Assistant the glue that holds the sales team and the production team together. You are second in line to help answer the phones, and on days when the phone is very busy, this may be all you do. The most important thing to keep in mind when talking to customers is to make them feel cared for and heard, even though you may not have the answer for them.

Sales Admin Duties and Responsibilities

• Show up to work on time
• Maintain a default work calendar for organization
• Monitor and Update Dataforma (Service Management Software)
• Using checklist to make sure all details are covered.
• Confirm all pricing, options, colors and styles
• Write out or edit descriptions for project photos as per outside sales notes
• Enter project bid amounts and dates
• Save all documentation in the proper locations
• Respond to outside sales emails from clients if directed
• Receive signed proposals from clients and generate work orders
• And other duties as assigned

Sales Admin Skill Requirements:

• Typing (60 or more wpm)
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel
• CRM Database Operation (JP and DataForma)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Prioritization/Lists
• Ability to multi-task and
• Problem solving and Decision making
• General Roof Construction Knowledge
• Electronic and Paper Organization (files, folders, etc.)
• Google Calendar

Sales Admin Pay:

$18-20/hour, depending on experience
