Steel Fabrication Area Manager Requirements:

• Leadership experience in Steel Fabrication
• Ability to lead planned meetings and organizes teams accordingly
• Must have high organizational skills (paperwork, shifts, balancing team loads, etc)
• Experience in communication with small and large groups
• Must be willing to learn and read new strategies for growth and organization
• Handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Humble, hungry, smart
• Training in conflict resolution
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with minimum oversight in operations

Steel Fabrication Area Manager Pay:

$70,000-90,000 Annual Salary, depending on experience
