Venture Builders Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Construction Coordinator. The Construction Coordinator will be working closely with homeowners and our design staff and will report directly to the owner and the designer/estimator. 

Construction Coordinator responsibilities:

• Making completion deadlines
• Working in the field as needed hands on
• Ordering materials
• Scheduling subcontractors
• Keeping up with change orders.
• Estimating as needed on small work and change orders.
• Ensuring timelines and quality of work are up to the standards of our company and what our clients demand.
• Keeping technicians and subcontractors on track and productive.

Construction Coordinator Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in all phases of construction.
• Must have good management and people skills.
• Must be able to communicate well and be well organized.
• Must be clean cut and dependable.
• Clean driving record

Construction Coordinator Compensation:

• $22-25/hour (Depending on experience)
