DUTIES:
Daily organization of storage and coolers.
License and Insurance:
Must have a reliable vehicle or transportation & License and current insurance every 90-day check.
Background Check and driving history.
Hours/Physical:
Able to work a minimum of 34-40 hours per week. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach. Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds. Continuous repetitive motions.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cooking, Fryer filtering, preparing all food for the day, cleaning, putting away trucks, taking out trash, taking temperatures, and dishwasher to help out.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing day to day restaurant Back of House operations with a strong focus on food and presentation, quality, and freshness.
Oversee all scheduling and supervise all employees on the shift for Back of House.
Review financial statements and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Completes accurate and necessary administrative duties to include but not limited to: the hiring process, training process, labor tracking, payroll, inventories, and ordering, as assigned.
Establish standard operating procedures for supervising all Back of the House employees while inspiring and motivating them to promote the concept.
Ensure standard operating procedures in the Back of the House are enforced to ensure food and menu specifications, food handling and food safety requirements, and receiving and storage procedures.
Follows procedures to maintain the safety and security of all employees, guest, and company assets (building, cash, equipment, supplies).
Lead by example and be the representative you'd want your staff to be.
