The Arbor Grill Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests in a high volume atmosphere. Some of the responsibilities include taking orders from members and guests at Arbor Grill. Accurately enters every order into the POS system. Accurately and promptly posts charges and accepts payment for orders. Delivers orders to guests and frequently checks back to ensure customers are satisfied with their orders and to offer additional service. Assists with cleaning and bussing tables. Ensures all equipment is clean and in proper working condition. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have current TABC certification. Ability to read, write and understand the English language in order to read tickets, and communicate with other employees. Must have flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and holidays, based upon the needs of the operation.A minimum of 2 years server experience in a high-volume hotel and/or restaurant is preferred.
