The Housekeeping Squad is Hiring a Housekeeper Near Gulf Shores, AL
Position: Housekeeper
Primary Purpose: The Housekeeping Squad works hard to ensure all our Vacation Rentals look great inside and out. Housekeepers are expected to ensure standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained throughout vacation rental properties and to do their part in cleaning behind themselves at the home office.
Reports to: Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Responsibilities:
● Work with Manager's to ensure high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in all condos and homes
● Input availability into the scheduling app.
● Follow the schedule of tasks to be completed on a daily basis due to needs set by the AGM.
● Have all needed tools to complete assigned tasks.
● Check in and out of jobs within our scheduling app in real time.
● Report Work orders within our app.
● Deep cleaning of properties during slow times and as needed.
● Attend brainstorming sessions and meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
● Support the mission of The Housekeeping Squad as discussed when partnering with our team.
● Personal maturity, sound judgment, time management, motivation, and integrity.
● Experience preferred, but not required.
● Desire and willingness to work as a team with others who work within the Housekeeping and laundry departments.
● Able to operate housekeeping equipment.
● Able to safely handle and use cleaning chemicals.
● Valid driver’s license or ID.
● Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
● Dependable transportation and a working cellphone.
● Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays, if Seasonal Full Time.
Position Type: Seasonal Full Time and Part Time.
Mainly looking for weekend help, with some weekday availability!
Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $125.00 - $200.00 per day
