The House of LaRose is a beverage distribution company located in Brecksville, Ohio. The House of LaRose has been in business for over 84 years, selling and distributing beer, wine, and non-alcoholic products to over 5,500 customers in nine Northeastern counties. We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician.

This position is responsible for supporting the needs of the IT Department and all internal users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, servers and printers
• Assist in deploying upgrades and software installation
• Responding to employee support requests and logging resolutions in the help desk ticket system
• Provide remote assistance to sales and delivery personnel (iPads and iPhones using sales and delivery software)
• Keep current with the latest technologies.

Computer Experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of the following:

• Windows OS 10, 11.
• Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
• Office 2016, 365
• Networking and TCP/IP stack
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Android/ iOS
