The Hop Ice Cream Cafe in Downtown Asheville, NC is looking for scoopers and shift leads to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Our ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, punctual, and hard-working! Prior experience is a plus, but not required. This location of the Hop is looking for candidates who are 18 and up.

Scooper Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Provide prompt service
• Cleaning/ dishes
• Scooping ice cream and making a wide variety of menu items

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team towards a common goal
• Outgoing personality
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
