Administrative Assistant
Small, historic Non-Profit seeks a Monuments Coordinator/ Admin Assistant to begin on-the-job training immediately. This position will entail standard administrative functions, including assisting customers, answering telephone calls, filing, generating reports and processing paperwork. The position will also include data entry in various systems where attention to detail, confidentiality and critical thinking skills are paramount. Responsibilities Include:

This is a full-time position with the expectation of working 40 hours per week from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Working Saturdays in rotation is required, which will be compensated with the prior Thursday off. The starting wage is $18/hour.
