YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Recruiting Intern to support our Full Cycle Recruitment activities. Our Recruiting Intern position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

You will support the Recruiting department in duties by

• Writing, Posting & Sponsoring jobs
• Screening resumes
• Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
• Manage onsite candidate experience, including candidate check-in, ensuring interviews are running smoothly and on time, conducting candidate tours, and working closely with leaders in the business
• Update and maintain applicant tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide occasional support with recruitment events and initiatives
• Support Recruitment Department policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and across departments.
• Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative support is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent, required
